2. Quotations & Custom Manufacturing

Quad Cabins manufactures made-to-order portable and modular units tailored to confirmed project briefs:

• Built to Requirement: Published dimensions and floorplans in our catalogue serve as structural reference points. Exact dimensions, partitioning, electrical wiring, and sanitary fit-outs are finalized and agreed upon prior to manufacturing.
• Price Validity: Issued price quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Order Confirmation: Manufacturing commences at our Amingaon yard upon receipt of formal purchase order confirmation and agreed advance deposit terms.

3. Delivery & Site Readiness

Units are manufactured under cover at our Amingaon yard and transported site-ready:

• Access Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring clear, motorable truck/trailer access and adequate crane clearance at the destination site.
• Foundation & Connection: Clients are responsible for preparing level ground/plinths and providing external utility hookups (electrical mains, water inlet, septic lines) unless turn-key installation is specifically contracted.

4. Warranty & Defect Liability

Quad Cabins provides a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity, factory insulation, and factory-installed fit-outs against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages arising from unauthorized structural modifications, severe site misuse, or extreme force majeure events beyond engineered tolerances.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, website content, representative 3D models, architectural drawings, and promotional materials remain the intellectual property of Quad Cabins and Socristo Enterprise. Reproduction without explicit written authorization is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to our products or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
